Born and raised in Ireland, I have spent twenty years in London. Having worked as a secondary school teacher for some years, I subsequently qualifed as a Psychosynthesis counsellor and later on as a Clinical Supervisor. For the next ten years I worked in the world of palliative care. My role was to manage and develop psychological/spiritual care services in the context of End of Life Care and Bereavement Support. My particular interest is exploring the inextricable links between our psychological and spiritual wellbeing and supporting people to develop these in their own lives. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP accred).
